Allergic rhinitis medicine in pregnancy

Hello, I have been diagnosed with year long allergic rhinitis from almost many years and I was taking montair lc or levocetrizine. Now I am 23 weeks pregnant, I still am taking levocet 5 mg once a week or once in 10 days when the rhinitis is uncontrollable. Is this safe to continue? Which is more safe cetrizine or levocetrizine. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Better to take advice of your gynecologist. Or have homoeopathic medicine name Ars. Alb. 30 2 drops three times before meal. Otherwise you can take Livocet half at night for few days.
