I am suffering from Allergic Bronchitis for the last few years. But lately this problem is flaring up very frequently, i am using inhalers and nebulization daily. Lately it is becoming very difficult I have constant headaches and sleeping disorder.

Seems more like asthma.  Get a Pulmonary function test done and consult a pulmonologist.
