Hi. Your hormonal panel is pretty much normal, with only a few readings "slightly" off the normal mark, though within the normal range. Mentioning particular Testosterone, it is low normal, meaning lower than ideal level, but not so low to call it an issue yet. One hormone still lacks in this report, and that's TSH. Given your history of lethargy, we want to rule out clinical/sub clinical hypothyroidism. Also note that there are other reasons too for your complains, instead of just hormones.
Next Steps
Get your TSH and random blood sugar (RBS) done. Get intouch with the reports and we can take it from there.

Hi, None of your labs are problematic Testing all your hormone levels is a pointless waste of time to assess libido or lack of energy. A consultation with a physician is what you need. Random blood tests can only solve problems which don't exist.

Low libido and lethargy might be due to testosterone deficiency but your hormonal profile is within normal limit. Sometime these symptoms might be due to excessive stress and depression. Regarding prolactin, it is mildly elevated and sometimes stress and some drugs can cause elevation in prolactin levels.

Your hormone report shows that total and free testosterone are in the low–normal range, while LH and FSH are also at the lower end of normal. This pattern can indicate early secondary hypogonadism, where the brain hormones that signal the testes are not functioning strongly enough. The mildly raised prolactin level can further suppress testosterone production, leading to symptoms like low libido, tiredness, and reduced energy. Your thyroid values (FT3 and FT4) are normal, so thyroid imbalance is not the cause. Stress, lack of sleep, and overexercising, or poor nutrition can also lower testosterone temporarily. Repeat the test once in the morning (8–10 am) after a good sleep, and include serum cortisol and pituitary MRI (after physical evaluation) if low values persist. Lifestyle correction, weight training, proper sleep, and vitamin D support can help improve testosterone naturally. You can also take an online consultation on Practo, or you can visit my clinic, so I can guide you safely.
