Now if only that was enough, you would have changed. Similarly just asking for online advice will not suffice. Merely having someone tell you "this is wrong, dont repeat it" is not the solution you are looking for. Please visit a psychologist nearby and explore with them more about your emotional mental health, age related personality changes and moodiness, life stage transitional issues, etc. You may find a hint there that will bring longterm results.
