Afternoon fever with chill at night

My son had light fever in afternoon and now is getting chills. After covering him in blankets his  body is highly warm and hands is cold. He vomitted in the morning and it continues till now. Whatever he eats, he vomits it out. Have kept him hydrated. Please help no doctor available nearby 60 km.
