After healing of the injury, the dictum is 'gradual return to usual activities '. Kindly describe your symptoms in detail.

It depends upon what the sprint vrace was used for. If there was a fracture you should not start movement untill the fracture strata uniting, Else if there was a soft tissue injury and it's about 3-4 weeks, u can start range of motion as per pain tolerability
Next Steps
don't start with heavy exercise at present, gradually increase the load on the joint

You can start exercises immediately after removal of splint / brace. If there is severe pain while doing exercises,  don't over exert.. You can visit a Physiotherapy centre nearby your place and start guided exercises..
Next Steps
Avoid any heavy work, avoid jerky movements of wrist.. Usually pain doesn't recur after months or years.. Still if it happens, you can do hot fomentation,  take analgesic tablet..

It's a vague question with lots of answer possible. Everything depends upon the injury. Better to consult your doctor.
