I am suffering from heavy periods problem for past 8 months DNc done mirenna coil done .Now iam getting severe hip and back pain. Bleeding slightly .taking thyronorm 37.5 mcg. Vitamin supplements can u give any tablet for my hip and back pain sometimes nerves streching from thigh to toes paining severe

Hip and back pain with nerve type pain running down your leg after a coil and D&C isn't a typical adenomyosis pattern, so it needs a proper check rather than a pain tablet.
Next Steps
Please see your gynaecologist to confirm the coil is well placed, and get the back and leg pain looked at separately since it may need an orthopaedic opinion.

Please don't start a new pain tablet on your own, especially with ongoing bleeding and thyroid medication already in the picture.
