Acute back pain and now knee pain also. I have not taken any treatment till now. I am 49yrs old, otherwise active and fit.

Hi how. I can understand your concern. With just this much history, I can just suggest you to take a pain killer like tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days. If it still persists, get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
