Acute anger and rage

Hello Doctor, over th past 5-6 months I am having problem of acute anger and rage. This has been happening. Although I control but sometimes I cant control and leads to breaking of things. Over the past 6-7 years in have been working out and into fitness a lot. But now for the past 6-8 months I have not been able to give time .. I also haven't been taking time out for myself for other activity. What shud I do ... in this case .. I feel very unfit as well as compared to my previous years.

I think it's stress induced...
