Please kindly review attached ct scan report of sinus test and advise if surgey is mandatory? (Or) Are there any alternative treatment menthods?

Whether surgery is required or not cannot be decided by looking at a ct report. Complete history, clinical details, nasal endoscopy and CT film pics are mandatory to make a decision. Moreover CT film pics is necessary for radiological understanding, ct report gives only 1% of information.

Medical management is preferred in this case.However CT film and diagnostic nasal endoscopy will give clear picture.
