Acne problem

2026-09-07 05:29:50
I have acne for over 10+ years, I have been dealing with irregular periods for years but for the past 1-1.5 years my periods are regular monthly. What is the major concern now, whenever I get pimples pre and post my cycle it's marks never get vanished away. Also I have hairs on my nose coming now. Also my cheek looks pink all the time because of redness and pimples there, even though I don't have active acne. Can someone help me know how to get rid of acne marks, pores and improve my skin texture? I also have strawberry skin on my legs, so if any solution for that will help a lot.

Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning. Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”

Acne flaring around your period points to hormones, not just skin. The new facial hair fits that same picture too.
Next Steps
Please see a gynaecologist for a hormone check. Regular cycles don't rule out a PCOS-type pattern.
Health Tips
A dermatologist can help with the marks and texture directly, but the hormone piece needs to be looked at too.
