Acne flare up at 25

2025-01-03 20:42:16
I am 25 years old and have started getting new pimples, mostly on my upper cheeks, overnight for the past week. These pimples are cyst-like—throbbing and painful. Previously, I had a flare-up around September-October, which was limited to my lower cheeks. I took minocycline at the time, and while the acne subsided, I still have marks that haven’t faded as they used to earlier. Currently, my skincare routine includes: Dermaco Salicylic Acid Facewash, Salicylic Acid + Niacinamide Serum, Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C Serum, Sunscreen (SPF 50), Aloe Vera Gel. My periods are regular, and I haven’t noticed other significant changes in my health. Could you please help me understand the cause of these sudden breakouts and suggest an appropriate treatment?

Hii..This pic seems like your skin type has a higher tendency to get acne. And also it has a tendency to get infected. In Homoeopathy, it's so simple to manage this type of sensitivity & prevent recurrency. This type of acne is caused by your body's higher sensitivity to the dietary factors, stress, environmental factors etc. Whatever the skin care & face washes you use, actually the tendency for recurrency & the flairing up situation should be addressed with effective Homoeopathic medicines internally. Homoeopathy can assure you a permanent solution within 3 months reducing & preventing the recurrency rather than temporarily managing the recurrent flairing up condition. Moreover the remedies are very safe & side effects free.
Next Steps
Feel free to connect via Practo & find a solution at the earliest

Pimples are red, tender bumps with white pus at their tips. Overproduction of oil and a build-up of bacteria contribute to pimples. Areas of the skin that have the largest number of functional oil glands, such as the face, neck, chest, back and shoulders, are often affected. Symptoms include small tender bumps on the skin, often filled with pus A homoeopathic treatment will give you best results naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance

Acne flare-ups during this stage of life can be because of several factors - 1. Stress (triggered by significant life changes or situations) 2. Poor dietary habits (fast food, oily/fried items, and sugary products) 3. Hormonal fluctuations 4. Genetic predisposition 5. Incompatible skin care routine (every product may not suit every skin type) 6. Reactions to certain makeup brands Also, your acne breakouts can also be a side effect of minocycline medication. The initial suppression of acne symptoms may be followed by a more severe recurrence.
Next Steps
✓ For effective and personalized treatment, it is essential to conduct a comprehensive case analysis of your symptoms. ✓ Homeopathic treatment offers a permanent solution by addressing the root causes of acne, rather than merely providing temporary suppression. Consult a homeopathic physician nearby or online through Practo.
Health Tips
• Maintain a balanced and healthy diet. • Engage in regular yoga/exercise. • Avoid eating junk food, white sugar & oily/fried items. • Refrain from picking or popping acne. • Prioritize hair hygiene. • Limit daily makeup application (if applicable). • Ensure removal of makeup before bedtime.
