I'm suffering from ACL tear due to accident in ground and it's happened four year back. Now I'm having too much pain in my knee even if I stand for some time . And thinking about to have ayurvedic treatment Does it'll help to recover my condition? Or in your opinion which one is best for treatment Allopathic, Ayurvedic or homopethic ??
