Got a knee twist while jumping from platform and MRI shows Acl tear right knee. But it not shown the details or grade of tear. How can I know it from the scan and what is the treatment

Why do you need to know the grade?? What will you do with it?? If there is instability in your knee, the ACL needs to be reconstructed. If there’s no instability, then no need for a surgery
