It's been a month after acl reconstruction surgery. Doctor has advised to not use they brace anymore. I am feeling pain right after getting up from my sleep and also while walking. While sleeping it hurts when I change my sleeping position. What could be the reason?

It's normal to have a bit of stiffness with pain to your knee after an ACL reconstruction surgery at 1 month. Are you regular with the physiotherapy exercises post surgery?
