You can be discharged from hospital on 2 nd day. As the  work is from home, he can work after discharge. Avoid weight bearing walk till 2 weeks. For more information you can contact me at our hospital.

Hi Post ACL reconstruction surgery we need to avoid bending of knee but with straight leg in a long knee brace you can work from home but again that would be little cumbersome initially
Next Steps

It's wise to discuss all your queries before surgery with operating surgeon rather than seeking answers to your queries by surgeons who has not examined patients clinically .

Work can start but physiotherapy and walking would be best told by operating surgeon as he would know what he's operating!
