ACL sprain

Hello doctors I got hit by a chair in the office on the front of the right knee. After consulting a doctor and getting my MRI scan done it was confirmed that I have a grade 1 ACL sprain and a horizontal tear in the medial meniscus in the posterior horn. It has been a month and a half and I have been doing all the physiotherapy exercises for hamstrings and quadriceps as directed by physiotherapist. I can walk now without any pain but there is no stability and I can feel that my leg is loose at the joint. Should I continue the physiotherapy exercises or get Arthroscopy done? Please suggest. Attaching my MRI scan results.

For ACL and meniscus tear I don't find u need any Surgery. Just continue excercise at home as advised by physiotherapist. If any pain persist repeat MRI after 3 month. Thank u
