ACL reconstruction surgery

My MRI report resulted in high grade ACL tear, current age 44, it's been two and a half months for the accident. Lost lots of thigh muscles and limping need support to walk. Need to know is ACL reconstruction surgery recommended for me because. I'am weak by mind & heart, I take immediate tension. I have anxiety I have very weak bones. If I get hurt on my bones it pains for many days. Will ACL surgery be very painful As per my above health issues is it recommended to under go ACL surgery.
