I had an acl reconstruction and partial medial menisctomy 2 months back now I'm not able to fully flex knee and also the is a pain in back side of my knee also there is a slight click sound sometimes when I do stretching exercise Are this symtoms normal will the pain settle and what exercise should I do

Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Muscles of back of your knee are not working in normal pattern, you need muscle re-education exercises for correct pattern.
