सर मेरा पैर पूरा मूड जाता हे मेरी सर्जरी को 5 हफ्ते होने वाले है पर जब में एक्सरसाइज करना स्टार्ट करता हूं तो पहली बार में मुझे पैन और बहुत दिकत होती है मोड़ने मैं फिर दूसरी तीसरी बार में आसानी से मुड़ जाता हे ऐसा क्यू होता हे.।
