Hi... I m having acidity and reflux problem from last 10 days... But didn't get any relief... Sometimes chest burning and pain and some times too much gas after eating... Burping and acid some into mouth... Why this happens and pls pls suggest some treatment.. And suggest how to get rid of this...

You are suffering from Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) wherein the food in our stomach tends to come back (regurgitate) to the food pipe. Because of this there is burning sensation in the middle part of chest (epigastric region). This may be felt as a discomfort or pain if severe in intensity. There may be associated bloating of abdomen. Food and acid comes out into the mouth.
Next Steps
Avoid oily and spicy foods. Stop smoking and alcohol if you take. Stop milk tea. Take plenty of fluids and add fresh fruits and vegetables salads in diet. Avoid lying down immediately after food.
Health Tips
Take tablet Rabekind-DSR twice daily x 5 days.
