U plan ur diet first.
Eat plenty of cooked vegetables,fruits everyday.
Avoid spicy oily foods,fastfoods, preserved foods,milk.
Intake plenty of buttermilk,three to five tsf ghee.everyday.Bland diet is best.
Drink enough water.
Sleep leisurely for six hrs atleast at night.
Physical activities start with suryanamaskar,and then go for any other yoga exercises ,walking,playing sports,swimming .....
Papaya everyday is healthy.
Any seasonal fruits as apples,sapota,banana,mosambi,oramge pomogranate are good.
Dry dates,drygrapes,figs are also good.
Mild spices as ginger,coriander,cinnamon,ajwain,methi,pepper,jeera in moderaye qty are good for digestion and relieve gastric symptoms.
