Acidity and dizziness can have various causes, such as acid reflux or other digestive issues. Consider dietary changes, avoiding acidic foods, and eating smaller, more frequent meals. If symptoms persist or worsen, seeking advice is recommended to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.
