I am breastfeeding mother for 2 month old baby, due to certain sitting position and sleeping i have got  muscle catch in my neck, i am unable to make movements in neck and 1 of my doctor recomended to take either 1 of tablet but i am skeptical eating it, is it safe for lactating mothers
