Can I even feel too much pain after having anesthesia while removal of this traction pin? After how many days this gap will be filled ?

The pain should decrease in couple of weeks time. The bone will slowly heal and may take few months - upto 4-6 months. But that should not restrict mobility and can start physio depending on his condition after discussing with orthopaedic surgeon.

The doctor who put the pin will be the best person to answer this. The indication for traction and the local skin condition etc have a role to play. Most orthopedic skin wounds heal in 2-3 weeks…some take longer. Your General condition & nutritional status also is equally important.
