Hi I am 21+ week pregnant with ivf . I had cervix cerclage after bleeding n presently in complete bed rest. I am done with anamoly scan n reports are normal. My cervix length is 2.8cm n placenta is posterior low lying . What is that mean? Is it safe throughout my pregnancy. N is placenta position changes with growing baby in next weeks r it ll remain same as low lying ? Pls help

Low lying placenta can bleed because of a pelvic jerk It might move up as the pregnancy progresses Till then you need rest also length of the cervix is less Yours is a high risk pregnancy

you need serial ultrasound scan..this is only way to detect cervical length..
