No, Dalda is not good for health. You should use combination of oils like sunflower oil, rice bran oil, mustard oil, soyabean oil etc in your diet.

Dalda is not at all good for health. You can use filtered oil like ground nut, mustard oil or rice bran or blended oil available in market. Avoid Dalda, it’s not a healthy fat. Rice bran / sunflower / canola oil- any of these is good for daily use . You can opt for any good brand which has low absorption on frying. As a general rule, use less amount of oil in cooking to maintain good health.
