This is the key stage for your child's growth, immunity, and brain development. After stopping breastfeeding, it is important to focus on your child's nutrition through a well-balanced diet. Below are the foods you can include in your child's diet: - Include 3 main meals and 2 healthy snacks daily with a mix of grains (wheat, rice, millets), pulses, fruits, vegetables and dairy. - Include protein rich foods such as milk, curd, paneer, lentils, tofu, eggs and lean chicken to support muscle and tissue growth. - Add healthy fats such as nuts and oilseeds, ghee, nut butters and avocados for energy and brain health. - Give a lot of colourful fruits and vegetables for vitamins, minerals and fiber. - Avoid giving processed, refined and fried foods as it may affect appetite and long-term health.

Hi For a 2 year old, the meal pattern should be similar to what you cook for the rest of the family. Include fruits, vegetables, eggs, dairy and animal foods if you eat them. Make sure you include fats like ghee and butter too.
