I am 31. Got my thyroid checked on empty stomach today. What does abnormally high TSH of 16.8 uIU/ml mean? And suggest me remedies please.

Its a case hypothyroidism. U should avoid cabbage , cauliflower, brocooli, turnip. Take iodised salt To come to a definitive diagnosis i need 1 more test. Tell me ur weight according ti that i will start ur treatment. If u need my help u can contact me.

You are having hypothyroidism in which thyroid is not making/secreting enough thyroid hormones. So, there is excess of thyroid stimulating hormone to facilitate it. Consult for better management.
