I am 10 week pregnant. Today I got thick discharge like uploaded photo 2 times. Is it normal or anything wrong ?

It is not normal but it is minimal.  Local hygiene,  keeping the area clean with mild soap and water,  keeping it dry, wearing loose fitting cotton undergarments  should be enough to manage the situation.
