Abdominal USG

2021-11-15 03:36:59
My abdominal USG report suggested normal sized ovaries but showing multiple small follicles with no dominant follicle in either of ovary. The USG was done 2 days after my ovulation date. But report didnt mention about ovum or corpus luteum. Does it mean I didn't ovulate this month? Or there is a chance that I may have ovulated but it couldnt be detected is the USG? ( I have absolutely no other symptoms of PCOD and I have very regular periods every month)

If you have many smaller follicle at time of ovulation ,definately it show no ovulation till that day.so  wait till your expected date, and if you miss your period then take tab meprate 10 mg 3 times a day for 3 days ,stop and wait for 7 days.

It means you haven’t ovulated as of now.

Multiple follicles denote pcod issue. The number of follicles should be 12 and above to give it as PCOD ! Other hormones test would confirm.
