As dr are suggesting abdominal/ pelvic ultrasound for pocs/pcod and thinning in uterus i am confused which type scan will be formed a scan that is done below the stomach or transvirginal?

Please leave it to the Sonologist. Depending on your physique, and whether you are married or not, he will decide what mode of sonography will give complete information. If you are very fat then TVS may be better.
