Hi! I'm male 22 years old. I have abdominal pain in the left side. It feels throbbing. I also feel the pain every time I move specially when I am doing deep breathing. Please help me.

Please get ultrasound abdomen. At your age, most likely cause can be a kidney stone. Usually if small stone, it will pass away.
