My grandmother recently check lft and abdomen USG here shows  Proximal part is dilated (11mm). Distal part is not visualized due to bowel gases. No calculus is seen in visualized CBD lumen. And also all lft normal except Alkaline phosphatase around 126 then sir what happens to her plz tell me ?

She needs to be examined properly by a Gastroenterologist/Gastrosurgeon. Was she empty stomach before the Ultrasound? If not, You need to get it repeated empty stomach so that the treating doctor has a clearer picture.
