A wound at front tooth gum.

I have sudden pain yesterday in my front bottom teeth and today I have seen a wound at bottom teeth gum with a little pain.what should I do plz suggest me. I have attached photo of wound below.

Hello sir...   It is an abscess due to infection... X_ray (IOPA) should be done to rue out any  proximal carious lesion Abcess may be due to caries or due to plaque and calculus deposits (lateral periodontal abscess) .. If it is due to depoaits you need to go for deep scaling and root planing... If it is due to caries then you should go for root canal treatment

Hello sir, This wound is an abscess which develops due to infection in the teeth. The cause of infection may be either trauma or caries..the dentist will drain the abscess and will do root canal in required tooth.
