My dad had pain in one heels of his leg...lastly he did x-ray in which it was found there is a small bone point pricking outside his heel... because of which he gets pain when he touches his feet down the floor

The small piece of bone that you think is troubling him, is called the calcaneal spur. Physio & rehab along with some medications will give him relief in about 6 weeks. Symptoms suggest planter fascitis secondary to a calcaneal spur. Calf stretching, toe stretching along with exercises for intrinsic muscles . Contrast bath must. Silicone soft heel are must for him. Will take 6 weeks to resolve.
