Hi thank for your query. My advice to your grand father & grand mother to take 600 to 80 kcal soft or bland diet as per their present physical status. Small rice,sift choati,doupy dal/pulses,150ml milk/ chana same quantity, Dalia,oar,khicdi,, small fish,egg white,vege srew,soup, semi solid fruits like papaya,small banana similar types. Gourd family vegetables,. Water,foods,clean ,light warm not back dated. Oilv& masala very less only 20gm.
