Thoughts are like monkeys. The more attention you give them, the more they will trouble you. One of the best ways to deal with disturbing thoughts is not to react to them; just observe, howsoever much you think it is weird, keep observing your thoughts without in anyway getting perturbed. It is like observing a naughty monkey. For sometime it will act as though threatening you. After a while, if you do not react, it will lose interest in you and go away.
One more point I would like you to know is that every human being gets weird thoughts; it could be sexual, violent or romantic. Most of us do not get affected or worried about it because we do not give any importance to such thoughts. But those who give importance to these thoughts through guilt or by unnecessarily reacting to them, will get caught in the web.
Keep yourself busy with a hobby or reading. Read adventure books, love stories, fairy tales or even mild erotic or horror stories once in a way. All these books will help you divert your mind. Pranayama(especially Omkara Pranayama) is one way of controlling thoughts. Regular meditation, yoga and tiring games like shuttle, tennis, swimming etc will also help you.
If despite your best efforts you are not able to get over your problem, you would be wise to take an appointment from a psychiatrist and meet him/her in person and discuss. He/she will address your problem medically as well as psychologically.
Wish you quick recovery... Relax
