My mother 65 year old is having fever, and weakness. She has a BP problem as well, and takes tenoclor 25 daily once. Can we give paracetamol 650 to her?

Yes, you can give it even twice if temp is above 100 degree. Add Pantop or Pentacid 40mg daily to avoid stomach problems.
