6 year old Child teeth edge got damaged.

At the age of 2 my son's front top teeth edge got damaged. Now his age is 6 and the gap got wide and looking bad.

As per your child’s age ,Most likely it would be the milk teeth . In case case need not worry much and the tooth is to fall soon and new ones would come . However visit your dentist and get and xray done. If by any chance it would be a permanent teeth then a restoration would be required.

Permanent front teeth erupt in 6 years generally. So dont worry this milk tooth fall down.
