6 week vaccination for my son
My son got his 6 week vaccination today. Its Dtap Ipv Heb1 .. Took the painless one. He had bad pain and we gave him crocin drops once. Until now tracking fever. I see an increase in his number of stools. Is it a common symptom? Please advise.

Looks like your baby is bit sensitive.if given painless vaccine,usually there is no fever, only swelling.anyway give crocin 4 hourly and apply ice on affected leg.
If on breast feeds,and if there is only increase in number of stools, dont worry..

Passing stool number of times in 6 wks old breast fed baby is normal . You should notice that the baby passes urine minimum 6-7 times in 24 hrs .
If temp is more than 100 F you can repeat paracetamol at 4 hrs interval
