He has done 2 chemo but not showing any sign of improvement his body skin is going black. Does chemo will work n improve the condition or not.

Your question is not clear. Site and stage of the cancer not mentioned.Chemotheraoy usually will cause increased pigmentation.  But after chemo will become normal. Response to chemo will be different between site of cancer. Need more information
