Hello, I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant but my usg report shows baby growth of 34 weeks ...baby weight is 2400 +- 300 gms .. Is that normal ? I have been advised betnesol injection 3inj (twice in 24 hours). Should I take it? Also wanted to know as it's a steroid inj will it not harm baby in any way now or later after birth ?

I think there's minimal iugr of the baby..steroid is safe in pregnancy ..its for baby's lung maturity

U need the share the ultrasound The weeks of ac corresponding to us important rather than weight Steriod is safe The purpose is to enhance lung maturity n reduce icu stay if the baby y born prematurely
