33 week pregnancy - preterm labour?

I am now 32 week 6 days. I have low back pain and can't able to stand and walk. My belly has dropped. I feel so weight in lower abdomen. When I sit up and stand I feel so tight and heavy in lower abdomen. I really worried of preterm labour ? Is this a sign of preterm labour ?
