Hi sir My wife has 3 months pregnancy in routine scanning . In report came has right side kidney is mild hydronephrosis issue .but doctor told that during pregnancy it is common problem.please suggest any further test.

You should get a full evaluation for kidneys after your delivery. Personally I think a 3 month pregnancy can't cause mild hydronephrosis. It must have been there earlier but you didn't know because you never got a sonography done. In short proper evaluation is a must after delivery.

At 3 months the uterus is not big enough to cause pressure leading to hydronephrosis Connect with a urologist fr detailed evaluation n treatment Should not be ignored

3 month pregnancy won't cause back pressure changes and hydronephrosis. It can happen in advanced pregnancy. Get a urologist's opinion.
