I am 4days delay for my periods .so I have tested with pregnancy kit and the result came as positive.last 3days my stomach is feeling very tight and it's my second pregnancy.it feels like it might explode.kindly give consultation for this.

Please consult with a Gynecologist in your area.  You should do it fast before your abdomen really explodes . I am talking about Ectopic pregnancy.

U have to get an ultrasound done and if ur pregnancy is ok then u can have medication for ur symptoms
