Too much calcium (2000mg/day from 2L milk) may interfere with iron absorption, leading to anemia 70g of protein from 2L milk, which may be excessive and cause digestive discomfort if not balanced with other protein sources. 300-500ml per day (1-2 glasses) is enough.

Healthy afternoon, Drinking 2 litter of milk per day for calcium can be excessive for most people and may lead to some potential health issues While milk is an excellent source of calcium and other nutrients like protein and vitamin D , consume it in such large quantities daily might not be best Potential risk Excess calories Excess calcium The recommended dosage daily intake adults 1,000- 2,000 mg . Depending on age and gender One liter milk contains roughly roughly 1,200 mg of calcium. So, drinking 2 liter could provide you significantly more than what you need , which isn’t necessary for bone health and could lead to excess.

You can’t have too much milk because it has fat also. So you have to take 400-500 mL milk approx. rest calculations based on your height and weight.
