Hi I'm 14 weeks pregnant and having mild cramps in my uterus near lower abdomen . Can i have intercourse with my husband now . Is it ok for my baby's health

No  problem   with  intercourse   unless   avoided   becoz   of  low  lying  placenta  cervical   incompetence

You must wait for the cramps to settle down… in case the cramps continue you must get a check up done by the doctor
