12 cavities and wisdom tooth removal-4
Dentist said you need 12 fillings and and need to remove all 4 wisdom teeth because food gets stuck and they are of no use
Please suggest if dentist is correct and how should i proceed now.

Yes you need to get extracted both the wisdom teeth (lower) as they are positioned horizontally which may cause multiple problems in near future.

Both the wisdom teeth in your lower jaw need to be removed as they are growing horizontally which may be harmful for the long run. As far as fillings are concerned, you need to confirm if there are any cavities present clinically as it is not very much clear on this particular xray. I would recommend a second opinion

First if u have any complaint regarding wisdom teeth then get it treated first. Both wisdom teeth on lower sides need to be removed first so that they don't affect adjacent teeth.
Then offcourse if any cavities r present need to get them filled.
