When I give PCM , the fever goes down, but it comes back again...Please can you tell me which blood tests should get done?

If fever persists ( 100 Fahrenheit) persists for more than 3days , get complete haemogram and CRP, urine test

1. Chills and rigor
2. Burning micturition
3. Joint pain
